Rye Dip       Paul & Paula
1 & 1/2 cups sour cream
1 & 1/4 cups mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
1/4 cup salad dressing (Miracle Whip)
2 tablespoons whole dill seed (or dill weed)
2 tablespoons parsley
2 tablespoons dried, minced onion
3 ounces dried, chipped beef
3 ounces pastrami, finely chopped
1 tablespoon Beau monde*
2 round loaves Pumpernickel bread
Prepare dip and hollow out one loaf of bread.
Cube or tear remaining bread for dipping.
* The dip is delicious even if you do not add the Beau monde seasoning.
