Chicken Nacho Platter      Noreen & Marion
8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup sour cream.
1 & 1/2 cups chopped, cooked chicken
1 4-ounce can diced green chiles, drained
1 9-ounce package tortilla chips
1 & 1/2 cups shredded lettuce
1/2 cup chopped tomato
Additional sour cream
Guacamole
Salsa
Combine cheese and 1/2 cup sour cream in medium saucepan. Stir over low
heat until cheese melts.
Add chicken and chiles and stir until heated through.
Arrange half the tortilla chips on serving platter, and top with half of the
chicken.
Repeat with remaining chips and chicken.
Sprinkle with lettuce and tomato.
Garnish with sour cream, guacamole and salsa.
4-6 servings.
