1 loaf French bread
3 ounces cream cheese
2 egg whites
6 ounces cheddar cheese
1 cup butter
Cut crust off bread and cut bread into l-inch cubes.
Put cheddar cheese, cream cheese and butter into a double boiler. Melt until
soupy.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Fold cheese and butter mixture into the beaten egg whites.
Dip bread cubes into the mixture and put on a cookie sheet.
Freeze the cubes while they are still on the cookie sheet.
After frozen, place cubes in freezer bag, and freeze until needed, or
refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
