Caesar Salad      Paul & Paula
Dressing:
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
6 oil-packed anchovy filets, rinsed and chopped (optional)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/3 cup oil
Salad:
1 head Romaine lettuce, torn
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup Pepperidge Farm Classic Caesar Croutons
In large bowl (I use a blender) mix garlic, salt, pepper, anchovies, lemon juice
and mayonnaise. Add oil and mix to combine.
In large bowl toss lettuce with dressing.
Add Parmesan cheese and croutons and toss again.
