Broccoli Salad Mary & John
Salad:
1 or 2 bunches of broccoli
1/2 red onion, chopped
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup raisins
1 pound bacon, cooked crisp, drained and crumbled
Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons white vinegar
Separate the broccoli into florets.
Combine the dressing ingredients and mix with the broccoli, onion, frozen peas, sunflower seeds and raisins.
Toss with the bacon just before serving.
