Does anyone else like Thai food? This recipe is spicy!
3 boneless chicken breasts
3 green onions, thinly sliced
1 medium red bell pepper, cut into 2-inch-long
matchstick pieces
Salad oil
3 teaspoons mild curry powder
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 teaspoon fresh cilantro or 1 teaspoon dried cilantro
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons sesame oil
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2/3 cup water
Mix last nine ingredients together until well-blended. Cook chicken in
microwave until done. Shred meat into bite-size pieces with a fork. Cook
onions and red bell pepper over high heat, stirring frequently, until they are
tender. Stir in liquid mixture and add chicken, turn heat down, and cook until
heated through. Serve with white rice.
