Impossible Cherry Pie Mom & Dad You can actually use any pie filling you like. We enjoy blueberry! 1 cup flour 2 tablespoons sugar 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 3/4 cup water 2/3 cup vegetable shortening (Crisco) 1 egg 1 can cherry pie filling Beat all ingredients together with an electric mixer, except the cherry pie filling. Spread in pie pan. Add cherry filling. Bake 40-45 minutes in a 425-degree oven. Go To Previous Page
