Corn Chowder with Crabmeat    Mom & Dad
2 cups corn
3 & 3/4 cups chicken broth
Pam
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup chopped onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 & 3/4 cups 2% milk
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup flour
1 pound fresh lump crab (drained)
Combine first 2 ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes.
Coat skillet with Pam and oil. Cook onion and garlic. Add to soup with
3/4 cup milk.
Add seasonings.
Combine flour with remaining 3 cups of milk. Add to soup until thick.
Stir in crabmeat.
