Apple Dip       Tom & Kari
*If you can't find Mrs. Richardson's, you may
substitute with Smucker's caramel topping combined equally with Smucker's
butterscotch topping.
1 8-ounce cream cheese, softened
1/2 jar Mrs. Richardson's Caramel-Butterscotch Ice Cream
topping* (or more)
1/2 cup chopped pecans (more or less to taste)
Sliced apples, dipped in lemon juice to preserve freshness
On a dinner plate or shallow dish, spread softened cream cheese.
Microwave 1/2 jar of the caramel-butterscotch topping until warm, and
pour over cream cheese. Sprinkle chopped pecans over topping.
Serve with sliced apples.
