This is an all-time easy recipe, yet it is so good!
If you have a mini-crock pot, it is perfect for keeping this dip warm.
1 large block Velveeta cheese
1 pound ground beef, cooked and drained
1 jar Ortega (or any variety) taco sauce
In a saucepan, over medium-low heat, melt Velveeta, stirring constantly.
Add cooked beef and taco sauce. Combine until warm.
Place in small electric crock pot to maintain temperature.
Serve with tortilla chips.
