These are so good, you will never prepare the traditional way again!
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
Cook potatoes. Mash.
Add cream cheese, sour cream and butter.
Combine milk and eggs, blend well. Add egg mixture to potatoes.
Put in greased casserole dish.
Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 30-45 minutes.
May be made a day ahead.
Just bring to room temperature before baking in 350-degree oven for 1 hour.
