Artichoke Cheese SpreadNoreen & Marion
All-time easiest, great appetizer.
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
Pinch of garlic salt
Combine all ingredients.
Bake in a 350-degree oven for approximately 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
Serve with shredded wheat crackers.
