Wasabi Mashed Potatoes Katie & Dorian

2 pounds Yukon gold or russet potatoes, peeled
1 tablespoon Wasabi powder
1/3 to 1/2 cup milk
1 & 1/2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil

Quarter potatoes and place in a large pan with enough water to cover and bring to a boil. Continue to boil until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes.

In a small bowl, combine wasabi powder and 2 tablespoons of water to make a paste.
Drain potatoes and mash.
Stir in wasabi paste, milk, oil and salt until smooth.
Serve hot.
