Tuna Pie Mom & Dad

2 6 & 1/2-ounce cans tuna (white) packed in water
3 tablespoons margarine or butter
1 small onion, chopped
3 tablespoons flour
3 cups milk
4 large carrots, sliced and cooked
1 10-ounce package frozen peas

Saute onion in butter or margarine until transparent. Add flour and stir well. Add milk gradually, cook medium heat until thick, stirring often. Add tuna, cooked carrots and peas. Place in a 9x12-inch baking dish. Cover with Bisquick topping.

Bisquick topping:
2 & 1/4 cups Bisquick
2/3 cup skim milk

Mix Bisquick and skim milk until soft dough forms. If too sticky, add more Bisquick. Roll out, cut vents. Cover pie. Crimp edges. Bake until light brown in a 400-degree oven.
