Spinach Casserole Mom & Dad

2 10-ounce packages frozen spinach
4 eggs, beaten
1 16-ounce container sour cream
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Cook and drain spinach.
Mix in remaining ingredients. Stir.
Pour into a greased 9x13- inch-baking dish.
Bake in a 350-degree oven for 30 minutes.
