Poppy Seed Pound Cake Muffins Min & Dad

2 cups flour
3 teaspoons poppy seed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 eggs
1 cup lemon yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla

In small bowl, combine flour, poppy seeds, salt and baking soda. Set aside.
In large bowl, cream sugar with butter or margarine. Add eggs, one at a time,
to sugar mixture. Blend well.
Beat in lemon yogurt and vanilla.
Add flour mixture to sugar mixture. Mix well.
Pour into lined muffin pans.
Bake in a preheated 400-degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
