Mustard Grilled ChickenMary & John

4 whole chicken breasts, split, boned and skinned
1/4 to 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
Juice of 1 lemon or more
1 or 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Spread mustard on both sides of chicken breasts. Sprinkle lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce over chicken and allow to marinate at room temperature for 15 to 30 minutes, or for several hours, covered in the refrigerator.

Preheat broiler or outdoor grill. Grill or broil chicken for 3-4 minutes per side or just until tender. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
