Mott's Banana Bread Tom & Kari


2 & 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup granulated sugar
3 egg whites
1/2 cup Mott's Natural Applesauce
4 large, very ripe bananas
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8x4x3-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
Whisk together applesauce, sugar, mashed bananas, egg whites and vanilla.
Gently blend in flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Pour into pan.
Bake 50-60 minutes. Cool completely before slicing.
