Marinated Pork Tenderloin     Walt & Catherine
You can usually just buy ginger at the grocery store, in the produce
department. Don't confuse this with the ginger spice you use for baking.
1/2 cup soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, crushed
2 inches of ginger root, grated, or
2 tablespoons chopped ginger
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
1/4 cup oil
3 tablespoons brown sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
4 pork tenderloins
Blend together the soy sauce, garlic, ginger root, pepper flakes, oil, brown
sugar and lemon juice. Pour over the pork tenderloins. Let marinate in
refrigerator for several hours prior to cooking.
Grill over medium heat to cook to taste. (You can do this in the oven, but
it is much better done on the grill.)
