Infallible Rice Noreen & Marion

1 medium onion, minced
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup long grain rice
2 cups chicken broth, hot

Saute onions in butter until transparent. Add rice and hot broth, bring to a boil on top of the stove. Cover and place in a 325-degree oven for 20 minutes.

Serves 4 hungry, 6 polite people.
