Mix in 2 tablespoons melted butter, second batch of honey and salt. Stir in 2 1/3 cups whole-wheat flour. Knead in mixer with dough hook for 8 - 9 minutes. Cover with a dishtowel & let rise in a warm place until doubled.

Punch down and divide into two loaves. Place in 2 9x5-inch loaf pans that have been buttered or sprayed with Pam. Cover with towel again & allow to rise until dough has topped the pans by 1 inch.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake bread for 30 minutes. Remove & lightly brush the tops of the loaves with the remaining melted butter to prevent crusts from getting hard. Remove from the pans after 5 or 10 minutes, then cool completely on wire racks.

Honey-White Bread

Follow the same directions as for whole-wheat, just use white flour again in the second step instead of whole-wheat flour.
A nice sweet bread.
