Guardian Angel Chicken Mary & John

1 1/2 cups butter or margarine, melted
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 & 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 garlic clove, crushed
4 & 1/2 cups corn flakes, coarsely crushed
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 4 broiler/fryer chickens, cut up

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine butter, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic in a shallow dish. Mix crumbs and seasonings. Dip chicken in butter mixture, then crumbs. Place in one very large or two medium shallow baking pans. Bake for one hour. Drain chicken on paper towels and serve.

Boneless version: Follow the recipe with 8 to 10 split, boneless and skinless breasts, but bake in a 325 degree oven for 40 minutes.
