Grandma's Chicken Laurie & Steve

Grandma served this chicken during a Cresson visit. It's fast and easy, and you can make as much or as little as you need.

boneless chicken breasts
seasoned breadcrumbs
your favorite barbecue sauce

Cut each breast into 3 or 4 strips. Roll in the breadcrumbs and place on a cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil. Top with the barbecue sauce. Bake for 30-40 minutes in a 350-degree oven.
