1/2 cup butter, room temperature
1 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups flour

Blend butter, sugar, egg, milk and vanilla. Then add flour and baking powder. Refrigerate overnight. Roll out onto a pizza pan. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Cool.

11 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Mix. Spread on tart. Add desired fruit on top; sliced strawberries, grapes, kiwi, blueberries, any fruit of your choice!
