Easy Pumpkin PieDen & Donna

1 can (30 oz.) Libby's Easy Pumpkin Pie Mix

1 5 oz. can evaporated milk
2 large eggs, beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves

1 Pillsbury pre-made pie shell (or make your own)

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Insert pie shell into 9 inch pie plate. Pour mixed ingredients into pie shell.

Cover the top edge of the piecrust with aluminum foil. Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees, remove the foil & bake an additional 50 60 minutes, or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.

Cool on wire rack for 2 hours.
