This recipe is in honor of Walt, Catherine, Jenny and Sarah, living in the
18 ounces peanut butter
1 stick butter, softened
1 pound confectioner's sugar
3 cups Rice Krispies
1 16-ounce bag Nestle's chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients but chocolate chips and shape into 1 1/2-inch to
2-inch balls. Using a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips and dip balls
into chocolate, leaving part of the top of the ball uncovered.
Refrigerate until serving.
For Reese's Cup variety, combine 1/2-cup graham cracker crumbs, 1/2-cup
confectioner's sugar, and 3/4 cup peanut butter. Mix, shape into balls.
Using semi-sweet or milk chocolate morsels, melt chocolate in double boiler.
Dip balls, leaving part of top uncovered by chocolate. Set on cookie sheet
covered with waxed paper. Refrigerate.
